The Otay residential building is designed and located in Sydney. The project is based on the idea of visualising the different desings for the facade of this residential building in an interactive and immersive way.
We can visit the exterior of the building virtually, thus offering the possibility of visualising different points of view and also being able to change the style of the facade in a single click. 3 different facades were designed (Urban, Farmhouse and Mexican Resort) with different materials and finishes.
The objective of the project is to facilitate decision-making for the client and offer a closer vision with the possibility of experimenting in the space designed before it is built.
